Shipping Policy
All orders placed through Quartermaster are processed and shipped during normal business hours. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service. Please note that all delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on orders over $250 before tax. Orders under $250 will be charged shipping at the rates shown at checkout.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Quartermaster is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages that occur in transit. Customers should contact the carrier directly for assistance with delivery issues after tracking has been issued.
Returns by Mail
If you are returning an item that was purchased online and shipped to you, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Returned items not purchased in-store may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refunds or credits will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected. For details on eligible returns, please review our [Return & Exchange Policy].
In-Store Pick Up
Local pickup is available at our store during business hours. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid driver’s license when picking up your order. Orders must be picked up by the purchaser unless prior arrangements have been made.
Final Sale Items
Gift cards, special orders, and marked final sale merchandise are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
