Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase from Quartermaster. If for any reason it’s not quite right, unworn items with original tags may be returned within 10 days of purchase for a full refund to the original form of payment.
Online Purchases
Online orders may be returned within 10 days of purchase using our self-serve return portal located in your online account.
To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In new condition
- With original tags attached
Once your return request is submitted and approved, items must be shipped back using the provided return label. A flat return shipping fee of $8.99 will be deducted from your refund.
After the item is received and inspected, approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.

In-Store Purchases
In-store purchases may be returned within 10 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In new condition
- With original tags attached
Approved in-store returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.
Returns made after 10 days or without a receipt will be issued as store credit.
All returned items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Final sale items, gift cards, and special orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
